NOTICE AND DESCRIPTION OF SHELLFISH AREA CONDEMNATION
\nNUMBER 011-190, LITTLE TASKMAKERS CREEK AND VICINITY<\/p>\n

EFFECTIVE 15 SEPTEMBER 2023<\/p>\n

Pursuant to Title 28.2, Chapter 8, \u00a7\u00a7 28.2-803 through 28.2-808, \u00a7 32.1-20, and \u00a7 2.2-4002, B.16 of the Code of Virginia:<\/p>\n

1. The \u201cNotice and Description of Shellfish Area Condemnation Number 011-190, Little Taskmakers Creek and Vicinity,\u201d effective 15 August 2020, is cancelled effective 15 September 2023.<\/p>\n

2. Condemned Shellfish Area Number 011-190, shown as Section A, is hereby established effective 15 September 2023. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to take shellfish from this area for any purpose, except by permit granted by the Marine Resources Commission, as provided in \u00a7 28.2-810 of the Code of Virginia. The boundaries of this area are shown on the map titled \u201cLittle Taskmakers Creek and Vicinity, Condemned Shellfish Area Number 011-190, 15 September 2023\u201d which is part of this notice.<\/p>\n

3. The Department of Health will receive, consider and respond to petitions by any interested person at any time with respect to reconsideration or revision of this order.<\/p>\n

BOUNDARIES OF CONDEMNED AREA NUMBER 011-190<\/p>\n

A. The condemned area shall include all of the unnamed tributary east of Fleeton Point upstream of a line drawn between latitude\/longitude map coordinate (37\u00b048'46.6\",-76\u00b016'33.7\") and map coordinate (37\u00b048'45.9\",-76\u00b016'34.4\").<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
