DESCRIPTION:The Virginia chapter of the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC Virginia) is hosting its 51st annual educational conference October 15-16 at The Virginian Hotel in Lynchburg. \nThis year’s theme\, Moving Mountains: Influencing the Future of Infection Prevention\, will bring together professionals from healthcare and public health to learn\, share experiences\, and strengthen statewide partnerships that support infection prevention across the Commonwealth. \nAttendees can participate in two full days of timely\, practical sessions on AI application in infection prevention\, antimicrobial stewardship successes across settings\, outbreak investigation lessons\, innovative device stewardship approaches\, and more. \nVisit the conference event website to learn more and register by Thursday\, October 1.
