Please reference the most recently available NOFO on the website above for proposal requirements. Please note - to be considered for a BIG grant the marina must be in good standing with the VDH Marina regulations. All required components as described by USFW in the NOFO (see the last one available on the website) must be addressed for VDH to consider the application for funding. VDH serves as the state entity who reviews and submits applications to USFW on behalf of marinas interested in seeking BIG project grant funding. Any projects selected by USFW will be awarded to VDH. VDH will contact successful applicants and enter into a subrecipient agreement, which will be between VDH and the marina.
