Mecklenburg Health Department (District Office)

Our Mecklenburg office that serves as district headquarters has moved to Chase City.

• Environmental Health, Epidemiology, and Population Health are currently at the old WIC office located at 478 Washington Street, Boydton, VA.
• WIC (Women, Infants and Children), nursing services (including Immunization clinics, STI clinics and family planning appointments), and Vital Records have moved to our new office in Chase City at 200 East Fifth Street, Chase City, Va. 23924.
  • At this time, Vital Records requests payment by cash or check. Please call ahead.
