Drinking Water Fluoridation

Effective July 1, 2025, waterworks in Virginia are required to report critical equipment failure of malfunction and/or contaminant releases to the Office of Drinking Water within two hours of discovery. To submit a 2-hour report, please call 1-866-531-3068 and report as a Drinking Water Emergency.
