Nuestra Visión
Nuestra visión es una comunidad donde todos los adolescentes prosperen, apoyada por un enfoque integral e inclusivo de la salud que fomente su bienestar físico, mental y social. Imaginamos una comunidad que valore e invierta en la salud de nuestros jóvenes, cerciorando el acceso equitativo a los servicios de atención médica, fomentando entornos de apoyo y empoderando a los adolescentes para que alcancen su máximo potencial.
Trabajamos con jóvenes de Richmond de 12a19 a través de asociaciones con organizaciones locales sin fines de lucro, escuelas intermedias y secundarias, programas de cuidado de crianza y más organizaciones.

Favorite school subject: I loved the challenge of math.
Best afterschool job: Working at the movie theater. There wasn’t much to do in my town, so people hung out there. I always knew the tea!
What’s a resource you know about now, you wish you knew about as a teen? I wish I knew my health insurance could help me get access to a therapist that I could see virtually, also help with filing for FAFSA.

What’s a resource you know about now, you wish you knew about as a teen? Well resources I wish were around when I was a teen would have been Free Mental Health Counseling

Favorite high school fashion trend: It was the skinny jeans/cargo shorts with nike elite socks with a pair of Retro jordans, KDs, foamposites and Lebrons. Then a designer shirt like polo ralph lauren, Armani exchange etc. (LOL It had to be name brand)
Most likely to be on the car radio: Chief Keef, Shy Glizzy, G Herbo, Migos. Literally the pioneers of trap music today lol
Favorite school subject: History was literally my best subject.
Best After School Job: Working as a Golf Cart handler at the local country club. Got free food and sometimes tips. Also drove the golf carts which was fun. Needed the money for prom.
What’s a resource you know about now, you wish you knew about as a teen? I wish I knew I could have asked more about college prep resources from my school counselor.
